Aloha, friends, and welcome to the Exotic Tiki Island Podcast. I’m your host, Tiki Bryan, and this is show 31, our 2014 Halloween special. Get ready for some spooky tunes as I play Exotica, Dark Jungle and Halloween theme music to help you prepare for this festive season.

For those of you who don’t know, back in episode 26, Captain Skydibi and I found a magic radio that offered up some vintage Hawaiian and exotica music from yesteryear. I’ve been listening to this radio quite a bit, and I’ve come across a very spooky frequency that I think you’re really gonna enjoy. So for this special Halloween edition of the podcast, I’ll be tuning in this ghoulish station that offers up some spooky sounds for Halloween.

So let’s make our favorite cocktail and listen to the magic radio and celebrate the music of this festive season. Aloha.

This will be the last time I will ever discuss these events with anyone. So when you have finished this bizarre account, judge for yourself its believability, and then try to tell yourself, wherever you may be, it couldn’t happen here.

Gather near for the tale of me terrible fate, horn swaggled, betrayed by me own crew and mate, off to hide all the gold in this old wooden chest from the plunder of poor murdered souls laid to rest. They lowered me down by a rope round me waist, with the chest in me arms to the depths of this place.

Hang on, I’ll be right when you don’t go anywhere. Okay, I got it done. Just decorating the Tenement Castle for the ghoul-tide season.

And of course, I had to hang the mistletoe complete with the real toe. Well, that’s just in case anybody drops in. This is Dr. Paul Bearer, and I’ll be lurking for you next time on Creature Feature.

We now break for these important messages. We’ll be right back.

And now, friendly spirits, it’s Gullview time. Brought to you by Gullview, the modern cemetery for the modern spirit. The only cemetery that dares to say, relocate.

Yes, at Gullview, you enjoy the new concept in internment. Choose from spacious ranch-type tombs or split-level plans, or with room to expand in case your needs change. And you’ll love all the Gullview extras.

Our all-star entertainment policy puts laughter in the hereafter, and our guests enjoy dependable switchboard service. If a medium calls, you’ll never miss a message. And of course, you have flexibility.

If you’re away on an extended heart, you can even sublet. Isn’t that exciting?

You’re a regular drag the night.

What’s with this tomb, Caterbaby? Why do you want to latch on to my tomb?

I’m setting up a wild gig tonight, and my pad isn’t big enough to hold all the cats. Yours is the Utter Mc-utmost.

Well, I’m beamed in on Screamsville, and I’m moving right now, because you’re the kind of a chick who swings. Baby, you’re the lynchiest.

Don’t you be fooled. It’s beauty is belied by the evil that awaits therein.

Oh, I didn’t mean to frighten you prematurely. The real chills come later.

Now, as they say, look alive.

There are many things even the wisest of us do not know. This tree monster was torn loose from the ground by a bolt of lightning. It roamed the island, killed many people.

They called it Tabanga.
