Missionary’s Downfall

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 oz. peach liqueur
  • 1 oz. honey mix
  • 1 oz. light rum
  • 2 oz. (1/4 cup) diced fresh pineapple
  • 2 oz. (1/4 cup) fresh mint leaves, tightly packed
  • 6 oz. (3/4 cup) crushed ice

Instructions:

Put everything into a blender. Blend at hight speed for 20 seconds. Pour into two champagne saucers or couples. Garnish with the tip of a mint sprig, placed in center of drink.
