Ingredients:
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 3/4 oz orange juice
- 3/4 oz falernum
- 1/4 oz blue Curacao
- 1 tsp cinnamon syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1 oz White Virgin Islands rum
- 2 oz Aged gold Jamaican rum (Used Appleton Signature, which was formerly called VX, but I like it with Smith & Cross too).
Garnish:
- Sprig of mint or lime wheel
Instructions:
Blend with crushed ice at high speed for no more than 5 seconds. Pour into a clear double old fashioned glass and add crushed ice to fill glass to top, if needed. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
