Ingredients:
- 1 oz FRESH lime juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 1/2 oz guava nectar
- 1/2 oz passion fruit juice
- 1/2 oz Cointreau
- 1/4 oz Apricot Brandy
- 1-1/2 oz Gold Barbados Rum (We used Plantation 5yr)
- 1-1/2 oz Aged Jamaican Rum (We used Appleton Signature)
- 6 drops of Elemakule Tiki Bitters
- 6 mint leaves
- 5 oz crushed ice
Garnish:
- a Sprig of Mint
Instructions:
Remove 6 mint leaves from the sprig and add them with the rest of the ingredients to a blender WITHOUT the ice. Blend until the mint leaves are macerated into tiny bits. Add the crushed ice and blend for another 5 seconds. Pour into a clear vessel and garnish with the rest of the mint sprig. After a few of these you no huhu, you just enjoy!
