Ingredients:
- 1 oz Fresh Lime juice
- 1/2 oz Real Grenadine syrup
- 1/4 oz Falernum syrup
- 1/2 oz Cointreau
- 1 oz Passion Fruit juice
- 1-1/2 oz Dark Jamaican Rum (Coruba)
- 1-1/2 oz Aged Jamaican Gold rum (Appleton Signature)*
- 6 drops of Pernod (or Absynth)
- 6 oz Crushed ice
Garnish:
- Cherry
Instructions:
Flash blend all ingredients for 5 seconds. Pour into the vessel of your
choice. Add more crushed ice to fill. Enjoy the Gidget!
* Note: Substitute 1/2 oz of the Aged Jamaican Gold rum with 1/2 oz of
overproof rum for a nice extra kick! Not for the faint of heart! Beware!
