Ingredients:

1 pound ground chicken

1 egg

1 cup shredded wheat (crushed)

½ cup of crushed pineapple, or tidbits (drained)

½ cup onion (chopped)

¼ cup of soy sauce or teriyaki sauce

Black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder (according to your taste)

Splash of sriracha sauce
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, except sriracha sauce. Transfer to 8 ½ x 4 ½ glass loaf pan coated lightly with spray oil. Spread a layer of sriracha sauce on top.
Bake at 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes, or till done.
