Ingredients:
- 3/4 oz lime juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 1/2 White Creme de Cacao
- 1/4 oz Pimento Dram (Allspice Liqueur) (St. Elizabeth)
- 1 oz Demerara Rum (Hamilton 86 or El Dorado)
- 1 oz Gold Barbados Rum (Plantation 5 yr)
- 6 oz Crushed Ice
Garnish:
- Lime spiral
- Maraschino Cherry
Instructions:
Flash blend all ingredients for 5 seconds, pour into a suitable vessel
of choice. Garnish with a skewered maraschino cherry or two and a lme spiral and drink up!
