Ingredients:

  • 3/4 oz Lime Juice
  • 1/2 oz Ginger Syrup
  • 1/2 oz Guava Nectar
  • 3/4 oz Passoa Liqueur (Passion Fruit Juice from Brazil)
  • 1 oz Aged Jamaican Rum (Appleton Signature)
  • 1 oz Over Proof Rum (Use the over proof rum of your choice
depending on how strong you’d like the drink to  be.  It tastes good even if you opt for regular strength rum.  I usually use either Plantation OFTD, Smith & Cross or Hamilton Navy Rum.)
  • 6 oz crushed ice

Instructions:

Flash blend all ingredients for 5 seconds and pour into a suitable
vessel of your choice.  Top with more crushed ice to fill glass. Cheers Baby!
