Ingredients:
- 1 oz Fresh lime juice
- 1 oz Grapefruit juice
- 1/4 oz Cinnamon Syrup
- 1/4 oz Honey (or 1/2 oz Honey Mix)
- 1/4 oz Falernum
- 1/4 oz Pimento Dram (All Spice Liqueur) or (St. Elizabeth)
- 3/4 oz Banana Liqueur
- 1 oz Dark Jamaican Rum (Coruba)
- 1 oz Gold Virgin Islands Rum (Cruzan)
- 1 oz 151 Rum (Hamilton 151)
- Dash of Angostura Bitters
- 8 Drops of Pernod (or Absinthe)
- 6 oz Crushed Ice
Instructions:
Mix honey with juices to dissolve. Toss all ingredients into a blender and flash blend for 5 seconds. Pour into your favorite tiki mug and top with more crushed ice. My tribute to Donn Beach. All I can say is….APOCALOHA!
