Ingredients:
- 1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz (just a hair less) Orgeat syrup
- 3/4 oz Licor 43
- 1/2 oz Cointreau
- 1-1/4 oz Rye Whiskey (Michter’s US-1 Single Barrel)
- 1 oz Aged Gold Barbados Rum (Plantation 5 yr)
- 1/4 oz Dark Jamaican Rum Floater (Coruba)
- Dash of Angostura Bitters
- Crushed ice
Garnish:
- Mint sprigInstructions:
Flash blend all ingredients except the floater for 5 seconds. Pour into a suitable vessel and add more crushed ice to fill then add the dark rum floater. Drink up and you will be guided into the stars and beyond……
