Waimanalo Lolo Cocktail - By Experiment 626 and Tiki Shawn

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 ounce fresh-squeezed lime juice
  • 3/4 ounce white grapefruit juice
  • 1/4 tsp passionfruit syrup
  • 1/2 ounce rich simple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon simple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon Don’s Spices #2 (1:1 Pimento Dram/vanilla*)
  • 3/4 ounce Hamilton Pot Still Black
  • 3/4  ounce Smith & Cross
  • 1 ounce KōHana Kea
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Substitutions For Kea:

    • Barbancourt 5 Star
    • Clement
    • Neisson Agricole Blanc

Substitutions For Hamilton Pot Still Black:

    • Dr. Bird
    • Worthy Park 109
    • Plantation Xaymaca
    • Coruba**
    • Blackwell’s**

* If using Hamilton Pimento Dram, it’s a 2:1 ratio

** for Coruba or Blackwell’s, add a tsp of clear over proof Jamaican rum – Smith & Nephew or Rum-Bar only…NO Rum Fire

Garnish:

  • 2 pineapple frond, lime wheel, skewered cube of Spam

Instructions:

Shake with 6 ice cubes then strain over crushed ice into a Collins or Zombie glass.
