Ingredients:
- 3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 1/4 oz Real Grenadine
- 1/4 oz Ginger Syrup
- 1 oz Mango Nectar (or 1 oz fresh pureed Mango)
- 1 oz Pineapple Juice (or 1 oz fresh pureed Pineapple)
- 1/2 oz Apricot Liqueur/Brandy (Luxardo)
- 1-1/2 oz Silver Virgin Islands Rum (Cruzan)
- 1/2 oz Gold Virgin Islands Rum (Cruzan)
- 3/4 oz 151 Rum (Hamilton or Lemon Hart)
- 1 cup crushed ice
Garnish:
- Skewered pieces of pineapple and cherries
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to blender and flash blend for 5 seconds. If using fresh fruit blend w/o ice until smooth then add ice and flash blend for 5 seconds. You can try adding more ice to the blended fruit version to make a frozen drink. Pour into a large tiki mug, garnish with skewered pieces of pineapple and cherries. Enjoy!
