Duke’s Pearl Cocktail

Ingredients:

• 1/4 oz fresh lime juice
• 1/2 oz Honey
• 1 oz Passion Fruit Juice
• 3/4 oz White Puerto Rican Rum (Don Q)
• 3/4 oz Dark Puerto Rican Rum (Don Q)
• 6 oz crushed ice

Instructions:

Dissolve honey in lime and passion fruit juices and then place into a blender with all other ingredients.  Blend at high speed for 5 seconds.  Pour into a pilsner glass.  If you’re lucky you just might find a real pearl at the bottom of your glass…. Bottoms up!
