Aloha! We’re excited that you’re interested in attending the 2025 ETI RADIO meetup at Walt Disney World. To assist us in estimating attendance, kindly complete the form below. Filling out this form doesn’t obligate you in any way; we’re simply gathering an estimate of how many people would like to participate.
Each person covers their own expenses, including travel, accommodations, park tickets, and food.

ETI RADIO Meetup Agenda:
Friday, March 7th, 2025:

- 3:00 PM: Meet and greet at Trader Sams Tiki Bar located at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort. There will be a waiting list to go inside Trader Sams. If you would like to join Tiki Brian, Tikimon and Cat Tiki inside the bar, please meet us outside of the entrance at 3pm.
- 5:00 PM: ETI RADIO Aloha Friday Live Happy Hour Broadcast with Tiki Brian, Tikimon and Cat Tiki from Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort (exact location will be provided in the Discord App the day of the broadcast).
- 8:00 PM: We will continue with the meet and greet while enjoying the Happily Ever After fireworks from the beach at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort (no cost to view the fireworks from the beach)
Saturday, March 8th, 2025:

- 9:30 AM: Meet at Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom at the entrance of the Jungle Cruise Attraction (meet us in the open area to the left on the entrance)
- We will be ridding the following attractions:
- Jungle Cruise
- Enchanted Tiki Room Show (enjoy a dole whip while watching the show!)
- Pirates of the Caribbean
- 1:00 PM: Lunch at Skipper Canteen Restaurant
- After lunch: More Attractions:
- Haunted Mansion
- TBA
- 4PM: We will conclude our day at the Magic Kingdom and return to our resorts to prepare for our trip to Permanent Vacation
- 7PM – 9PM: Conclude the ETI RADIO meetup with a visit to the Permanent Vacation Tiki Bar located in Maitland, Florida (approximately 45 minutes from Walt Disney World).

What are the costs associated with the ETI Meetup?
Attendees are responsible for their own transportation, lodging, food, drinks, and park tickets. There is no additional fee to attend the meetup itself.
Where is the best place to stay for the ETI Meetup?
The ETI Meetup takes place at Walt Disney World, specifically at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort on day one. While we recommend staying there, we understand that the cost might be prohibitive for some. There are other on-property Disney resorts and off-property options that offer better value. Staying on Disney property is preferred but not mandatory.
Keep in mind that if you’re not staying at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, you won’t be able to drive and park there, including using Uber or Lyft. Here are some recommended options to reach the Polynesian Resort:
- Staying at another on-property Disney Resort:
- Take the resort bus to the Magic Kingdom, then walk to the monorail station (2nd monorail stop) for the Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort.
- Check with your resort for any faster transportation options.
- Staying at an off-property resort:
- Take an Uber/Lyft or your resort’s bus (if available) to Disney’s Transportation Ticket Center.
- From there, it’s a 5-10 minute walk to the Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, or you can take the monorail (1st stop after boarding).
Remember to plan ahead and choose the option that suits your preferences and budget!
Does Disney World offer any discounts or group rates on resort rooms or park tickets?
Room discounts:
Disney World often offers room only discounts up to 30% starting in the fall. If you’re planning to attend, we recommend booking your room now at the current price. You can always change your reservation if you find a discount.
Discount park tickets:
Disney doesn’t often offer park ticket discounts. One reputable source that you may want to consider is “Undercover Tourist”.
